I’m Passionate about Technology and People

I’ve been working in the software industry for the last 15 years delivering software to a number of problem domains. I’ve also taught grad/undergrad students for 10 years and conducted research on software reuse, semi-automatic code classification and retrieval, innovation, organization structures, team productivity, team dynamics, motivation, and trust.
Building my skills on both industry and academia, my life is being definitely challenging and fun. I’m currently working with Thoughtworks Brazil as Director of Technology – lot of fun! I’m also a Doctor in Computer Science (Institute of Mathematics and Statistics – University of São Paulo) and Research fellow with the University of São Paulo.
